-Settled with Asher 6/18/18 for $65,000 on that date, not $120k

Once 10-k filed, DBMM was ready to take Asher to Federal Court. Curt Kramer and Asher signed a Consent Decree with SEC to not take any shares of a public company or its subsidiaries.

They signed it 2 days after Motion to Turnover in the civil court which was fraud by omission. Federal trumps civil. If Asher could have stolen DBMM they would have.
