This logic is just 100% false and completely made up.

This is conjecture you are fabricating to try to prove a point. Show me evidence supporting this.

The application was not for production of DCVax. DCVax falls in the collection of drugs they are allowed to manufacture at this facility now.

The potential for approval, or a review of the DCVax-L clinical trial results, was absolutely no part of this certification process. That really isn’t up for debate, it’s not how CGMP works. I have brought CGMP facilities online, I’ve gone through the certification process.
