The proof is in the pudding. So now you’re an expert? Really!? A competitor perhaps?
The reality is, the purpose OF DRUG regulation is to not allow citizens to be ripped off with snake oil. That was the reason we started regulating drugs, too many snake oil salesmen. This was also designated as an innovative medicine by the MHRA.
You can jump up and down and shout all you’d like. I did not say it WAS approval, so do not misstate what I said, I said that they would not allow their citizens to buy snake oil for hundreds of thousands of dollars, for a serious medical condition, and you disagree. I’d like you to prove that that is false. I do not think you can. These are highly regulated markets, and this is a highly regulated product category of goods.
To suggest this has no meaning whatsoever seems to me to not just be some odd wishful thinking of a long, but also some odd thinking in relationship to the purpose of drug regulation as a whole.
