The application was not for production of DCVax. DCVax falls in the collection of drugs they are allowed to manufacture at this facility now.

The potential for approval, or a review of the DCVax-L clinical trial results, was absolutely no part of this certification process. That really isn’t up for debate, it’s not how CGMP works. I have brought CGMP facilities online, I’ve gone through the certification process.
