this morning it was "tld and publication' does not mean at the same time
now you have reversed course 180 from this morning and have moved to something else
these conversations are tiresome and not worth the effort

When someone runs for office, they don’t release that news and start campaigning six months later. Why? Because the opposition would define the candidate for six long months. By the time the candidate starts campaigning, in the eyes of the public, he might be already irretrievably unfit for office in the eyes of the public, EVEN IF THE ATTACKS WERE NOT TRUE.

Same argument for TLD release. You don’t release TLD and then give the opposition the chance to distort it. Instead you release it with a comprehensive journal publication.

They are not trying to protect the daily share price they are trying to protect the potential value of a breakthrough in cancer treatment. There are a lot of entrenched interests who do not want to see them succeed. So, it's best to nail everything down initially.
