That's a good point regarding the dedicated cleanroom suite for Direct. Regarding 'L', the contract you quote

This Agreement will remain in force until the later of seven (7) years from the Effective Date (the “Term”) or five (5) years after the first commercial sales of DCVax®-L Products pursuant to a Biologics License Application or marketing authorization (not a compassionate use, hospital exemption or similar authorization), unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 6.2

is from January 17, 2014 so 7 years would have expired by now. The other thing that got me was the change in wording, and lack of reference to, CRL between the 2019 and 2020 10Ks. I believe if they want CRL can ramp it up quickly but I wouldn't be surprised if Sawston would manufacture for other regions such as the US if there is disagreement on negotiations between NWBO and CRL, or if there is bad blood now between the 2 entities. That's the way I'm looking at it now but I wouldn't be surprised if CRL is back in the picture. I know you see it differently.

Thanks for taking the time to look this up and confirm the agreement is still in force. I’ll freely admit I was too lazy to go back and dig that up in all the old notes after reading those agreements and amendments when they first were announced. I have just been responding to exwannabe under the logical assumption that Linda Powers had something in place to cover all the bases even if I couldn’t recall all the details and then be able to back that up. Thanks biosect, crystal clear. Commercial production of DcVaxL hasn't started yet and I bet CRL paid a billion dollar to acquire Cognate based on this agreement that they can make more money manufacturing DcVaxL for NWBio once regulatory approval is obtained which they were hoping could happen by the end of Q4 2021 when they acquired Cognate. No wonder like Ex, JC why he selectively ignored this binding agreement bet Cognate and NWBio. Bears are no fair.
