Unfortunately I truly believe they will easily dance around the MHRA certification timeline.
"Because of Covid Delta variant complications, we were unable to get inspectors on site in a timely manner...blah blah..."
They said manufacturing for compassionate use by late Q3. We are in late Q3, and don't even have a response from MHRA. Manufacturing not even close to starting up.
They also said they hope to have Flaskworks units running by the summer. Well, summer is over in a few days.
