It’s not 90 “working” days yet, you don’t know where the MHRA are at, and you just made up a conversation. Nor do you know how close NWBO is to manufacturing certification. They would not have applied if they thought they were not ready.

Are you talking about NWBO or MHRA dancing? You do know thus is out of NWBO’s hand and solely in the hands of MHRA.

But you see, they didn't state this...

They said manufacturing for compassionate use by late Q3.

Instead, they stated this...

The next step will be an on-site inspection of the facility by MHRA. Following the inspection, a report of the inspection results and any findings needing any corrective action will be issued by MHRA. Following completion of any actions, the Company is HOPEFUL that an initial license will be issued and production of GMP DCVax-L products in the Sawston facility MAY begin by AROUND the END of Q3.

A quick check of their wording compared to what you're stating they said indicates an optimistic, but more cautious approach as to the timing then you are suggesting.

And so the end of Q3 is September 30. Therefore, for my part, I'm figuring the MHRA certification will likely minimally move into sometime in October (because everything is pretty much minimally a couple of weeks late with them).
