They don’t give smoke signals. Even when they say straight out something will happen at a certain time, it typically does not. Many are hoping the certification process will at least be a timeline they can’t get around, and thus the recent price hit before good news anticipated. That’s the way it works here now. Hopefully we will have a solid manufacturing update early next week.
