'While they should blame themselves “for pushing the buy button” (as touts often say on suspension plays) there is a whole lot of mind games these crooks use. And I am referring to stock promoters like OCMILLIONAIRE.'

Agreed, but Shirley some of them must blame the miscreants of the pennyscams. If the shareholder-victims are then broke and facing a future so bleak that they prefer to off themselves rather than live, then why not at least make the suicide a public service by doing a Gian Luigi Ferri and take a pennyscammer or promoter along on the ride?

I am really surprised we do not see this.

I am less surprised, but perhaps more disappointed than unsurprised, that we have not seen Good Samaritans. People with terminal illness like pancreatic cancer or such decide to dedicate the short remainders of their lives to contributing to the eradication of pennyscammers and abusive promoters. A JACK RUBY act.

Why do we not see any JACK RUBYs in the pennyscam turdstock world?

I have been reading a book entitled Inside the Criminal Mind by Stanton Samenow, Ph.D. as a means of better understanding the rotten braincase detritus of DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY-COYOTE prior to his upcoming latest Federal criminole trial. Given the various warpages in criminole minds and their 'logic', I am not more instances of direct victims or Good Samaritans taking direct action against these criminoles. Either in the vein of a aggrieved victim who sees the courts unable to effectively deal with these criminoles, such as the direct action taken by the SAMUEL L. JACKSON character in A Time to Kill (1996) to revenge his murdered daughter or a JACK RUBYesque public service donation.

BTW, like MATT DAMON, SAMUEL L. JACKSON is a very versatile and good actor, at least he has been in some of his roles that stretched him beyond his natural persona. I had to refer to Imdb to come up with the title of A Time to Kill and was amazed at how many films and TV shows he has done so far in his career. He has been a bizzy dood.

Bad brakes wouldn't necessarily cause him to veer into a bridge pillar would it?

I see $CHK is in bankruptcy. Shares are trading at a pre- 1-for-200 R/S price of .29 cents.
