Thompson’s claim that KBLB has patent protection is misleading. If the patent is awarded, then KBLB will have protection retroactive to the point of patent submission. In that sense, he has ‘patent protection.’

The statement from the company is that they “have been granted” patent protection. You are saying they are lying? Truth provided additional data. He is incorrect as well?

I appreciate there are those here ready to make sure any statement from the company regarding any sort of perceived progress is quickly questioned, challenged and minimized to the extent possible.

I have always believed it best to test the boundaries of healthy skepticism.
