They do have protection status; in the event a court case ever ensued.

Wonder how much litigation of that specific matter costs; from beginning to conclusion.


Thompson’s claim that KBLB has patent protection is misleading. If the patent is awarded, then KBLB will have protection retroactive to the point of patent submission. In that sense, he has ‘patent protection.’
