I have been doing fasting since almost a year. Daily routine is to skip breakfast and even coffee and have lunch at around noon and then dinner at around 7.30 in the evening. Only water intake has no restriction, with some freshly squeezed lime juice. Since a couple of months, I have begun skipping even dinner(only food intake is lunch) once a week, for a 24 hour fast. Was a little difficult a couple of times, but now do not feel uneasy. Now very confident that I can go without food for 24 hrs.
Tempted to try and do a 48 hour fast, but for opposition in the family (for now). What started this was that I was really tired of eating 3 times during the day.
