Tred, I have T2D and have been fasting two days a week beginning with Lent (taking up one of Fireman's rituals). Go for 20-22 hours (only coffee, 2 cups). It has helped, actually I'm doing better on Sudoku, Jumble and the Trib's Crossword puzzle.

We'll look at the Amazon Prime piece tonight. Thanks for the suggestion.
