Lugee is no longer controlling shareholder with Eon

He is 100% owner of HK LiquidMetal. LQMT, YiHao, LKon are all underneath affiliates.

Outside of LQMT, they are all private entities. Arms length arrangements has been established on DAY ONE.

In another word, HK Liquidmetal is the money tree. Not Eon.
