LQMT is not a subsidiary of EON or anything else. LQMT HK is a minority shareholder. Nothing more. We have territorial, royalty, and
manufacturing agreements with various Chinese (and some US) based companies
which in my view are not necessarily enforceable due to inherent conflicts of interest, which have been long recognized. The fact that the CEO/controlling shareholder of EON, LQMT LF, LQMT HK, et alia, is the same person, may give the impression that we are a subsidiary, at least in some peoples' minds.
