It looks like the future of the company is shaping up to be one green parent core company...
USSE/ONYI that produes the 7-3-7 & biofuels(NOT biodiesel) and biogas...a 100% GREEN entity... able to maximize receipt of GREEN incentive credits to go straight to the bottom line!
SPC, a division that builds, operates electric power generating stations & sells the electricity produced... as green as possible, but not 100%...
and IMO a future spin-off of Ethanol operations (DE created from ONYI merger) & affiliated licensed producers using the Rivera Process reactors to generate fuel for them to use in the ethanol production process to lower their costs... also not a 100% green operation...
I may be wrong about this, but IF USSE is to remain 100% GREEN long term, I do not see how else it can be structured...
IN FACT... they might have to continue to spin-off or create separate subsidiaries as future growth & partnership opportunities arise to keep the 100% GREEN status intact. i.e., perhaps some in the biodiesel industry will be interested in licensing Rivera technology. Of course, there might come a day that the US is soooo green that GREEN credits are phased out... after that, who cares if USSE is still 100% GREEN!
