zardiw, one item in your DD that I would like to know about, please. Only USSE holders of record 12/1/06 will get SPC shares? Is SPC going to be the main company once all is said and done? If so, why would there be any reason to continue to buy and hold USSE/ONYI ? Thanks in advance, hogs

13. USSE will spinoff a new company; Sustainable Power Corporation that will work with Electricity Generation and Power Plant installations. Shareholders of U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. on file as of December 1st, 2006 are qualified for a share dividend of shares in Sustainable Power Corp., and will be issued one share of SPC for each share held in USSEC immediately following the planned merger with Diversified Ethanol.
