Zomby I was aware we are delisted and revoked and can’t trade and aren’t an entity under SEC but does that actually equate to our shAres being cancelled? As stated shares can be issued in private companies Not under purview of SEC so wouldn’t we revert to non publicly traded shares vs no shares? If you know? Or is it a lawyer. Question? I’m sorry if someone has answered this already has anyone tried to reinstate unifiedonline with Delaware? If not I will see about doing same
Carter made us private through his malfeasance. Our shares were purchased on the open market under SEC and FINRA regulations for publicly traded companies. We didn't purchase shares through a private offering. Carter and UOIP still have the same fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders.
Remember, the SEC allowed us to trade hoping that UOIP would get it’s paperwork up to date and I posted that Billy had no desire to update or issue a PR. How quickly we forget?
