Shares are not cancelled.
You still own the shares, you just cannot publicly trade them in an efficient manner and have lost liquidity.

I believe it is not shares we own in a private company, but more a % interest based on our previous shares. I would have to check that to be sure. I let most of that research go while we were litigating the case. Will start back up and report.
