We are private now. SEC put us private by revoking our shares purchased while a public company. An interesting thought comes to mind, not sure we can do it. De-register from the SEC. There are a ton of OTC companies that dont report to the SEC and trade. They put out their own fins and PR's-no 8k's or 10k/q's. And some of them are booming. Maybe a thought. Or not.
