I wonder if the DOE will respond to the disturbing details of how they went around the personnel assigned to DBMM’s case from Corpfin. Maranda did a great job demonstrating how they tried to manipulate the case with all the specific communications that occurred between the parties. She laid out those events like a great trial attorney.
I wonder if the DOE will address the facts of the various communications the parties had with corpfin and how they were communicated to the judge.
If the DOE can’t address these points from Maranda’s brief then THEY HAVE NO CASE. Maranda clearly demonstrated that DBMM was working diligently with corpfin and the main issues brought up by DOE were issues created by a source from corpfin WHO WAS NOT in communication with DBMM.
The commission is gonna see right through this manipulation by DOE attorneys and affirm Foelaks initial decision to dismiss the case.
She is telling the truth. Asking for additional time within the guidelines means the filings were timely in terms of the extended due date. Looks totally legit according to the rules.
