The COMMISSION will DISMISS this IMMEDIATELY if the DOE doesn’t disprove Maranda’s account of all the communications between DBMM, DOE, Corpfin and the Judge Foelak.
Their whole case breaks down from this narrative. Also why Foelak dismissed this in the first place. IMO
