The record is clear! 28 times, DBMM filed either NT-10Q’s or NT-10K’s. The EXACT description of those filings states they are filed when the company “is unable to timely file” their 10Q for 10K!!

Now, tell me again how she told the truth when she said they filed TIMELY?!
