I agree 100%.

There are already charging stations that are barely used. As the use rises, companies will see the profit potential an open more.

Even if one wants to argue that the gov should be pushing electric cars, this particular spend does nothing.

The government funded nearly the entire federal highway system and subsidized practically the entire electric grid - we’re now in the 21st century and addressing new kinds of issues and technologies.

But your point is well noted, some of the bill is more social and industrial policy - but neither is necessarily a bad thing, and that’s what needed to move this forward.

Let me remind folks, that much of the U.S. infrastructure has received failing grades and is sub par compared to much of the developed world. Anyone that travels understand what an airport in Europe or East Asia is like compared to here.
