Well I would ask you this PoorMan.
Did the US Government fund new gas stations to ensure that people moving from horses to automobiles were able to get gas?
Of course not.
Capitalism and free markets work.
If there is a need for charging stations and people are willing to pay there will be businesses that pop up to fill the need.

Men who are occupied in the restoration of health to other men, by the joint exertion of skill and humanity, are above all the great of the earth. They even partake of divinity, since to preserve and renew is almost as noble as to create.
