I am not saying that there should be no government funded programs PoorMan. I think putting a man on the moon was expensive but important and produced technology advanced that fueled out economy afterward (e.g. computers, semiconductors, new materials . . . etc. . . I do however think the a Central Planning model for everything failed in the USSR and the capitalist model in the USA has been a huge success producing the richest most prosperous economy in history. I look at investments like like Solindra ($500 million flushed down the toilet) and smell a lot of that kind of stuff in this bill. I don't like it and it make me nervous.
