This is why we have an official head of CYDY research.
The plot is "sickening" Thought about this CYDY aspect and the Hedge Fund dudes. I personally never knew such a dude. They were not called such 100 years ago.
My thought was yesterdays calm trading pattern. No short attacks. If I was a Naked Short hedge and discovered that the shareholders of CYDY were exceptionally resourceful and discovered that I WAS the source of an obvious manipulation play I would be moving assets TODAY, not tomorrow but TODAY to a tax haven that will not respect an asset seizure nor any USA Gov Agency subpoena.
Meaning I believe the old group of shorts obviously working as a pack might not strike until their funds are out of USA control.
But that's just me. Might I suggest you call a high dollar attorney, lay out details and ask what might happen. Or you can private message Black-Ops and I can inform you of exactly this situation and a Pal of mine. It wasn't pretty
Wow...I think I'm going into syndication status with re-runs now....
So....I keep losing my place here....ah yes. We had established that 3rd party individuals and entities associated with CytoDyn were worthy of close inspection and the sharing of that information.
...and then we get to the third FOIA request that SmileRiley found. "Ma-Weaver, Jacob" from "Cable Car Capital LLC" inquiring about "a copy of an order directing investigation or similar document to confirm the existence of ongoing investigative activity of issuer Cytodyn (CYDY) or its affiliates." https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=160907838
I'm not sure if everyone understood what "Cable Car Capital LLC" does as a business....but they're a hedge fund run by this "Ma-Weaver, Jacob" gentleman whose serialized FOIA response letter "Request No. 20-01957-FOIA" keeps getting proudly plastered all over the place...on no less than FIVE separate Twitter accounts!!! Why would someone want to share their private correspondence with the SEC on an internet forum. Or...you could slide it to one of your buddies to post...someone with a reputation for badmouthing certain stocks....you know...like "collusion" and "conspiracy". Either way it begs to question the intent. I've give you a few moments to ponder that................OK. Time is up.
You can read the letter if you missed it at: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=159895024 And now you don't have to squint into those little black boxes to see if you can make out who the requestor is, nor who the SEC Response letter is addressed to. You can all deduce that from the "Request No. 20-01957-FOIA" and the SEC FOIA log that plainly match that it came from:
CABLE CAR CAPITAL LLC 1449 WASHINGTON ST #6 SAN FRANCISCO CA 94109 Phone: 4158571965
And I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the salutation said "Dear Mr. Ma-Weaver". I know...it's a stretch...they could have said "Dear Mr. Jacob Ma-Weaver" - it sounds so formal.
Everyone remembers what a hedge fund does? Right? I won't tire you with repeated explanations.
I've been doing some more research into the above things related CYDY and have amassed quite a bit of a tangled web and might need some legal representation to sift through it all and see if there's a viable case.
Since I'm on a pretty tight budget (CYDY stock hasn't hit triple digits yet) I'm considering how to pay for legal representation. But I may stumbled onto a clever way to pay for it through financing via someone that combats predatory practices in the securities industry. Maybe I can leverage my CYDY shares as collateral for financing to pay for a good lawyer....I hope there's not conflict of interest....
Anyone ever hear of these guys?
Kakapo Capital LLC 1449 Washington St #6 San Francisco, CA, 94109 Phone: 4158571965
Maybe they can help. I heard that some guy being sued by Tesla was using them. I hope they're not in a mall or vacant lot.
(NOTE: I had no idea who this "Kakapo" guy was...until I did some research. I come to find out that it's not a guy...but a BIRD!! And it seems that it is critically endangered.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kakapo)
It would be very sad if all things "Kakapo" became extinct.....
