So...where did we leave off at....ah yes. We had established that 3rd party individuals and entities associated with CytoDyn were worthy of close inspection and the sharing of that information.
Hmmm....why would "Gleason, Mark" from "HyGro Partners, Inc" be interested in asking the SEC for a very broad "Cytodyn, Inc" FOIA request?
Let's look at who "Gleason, Mark" of "HyGro Partners, Inc" is: His LinkedIn page looks very impressive.... https://www.linkedin.com/in/magleason/ ....lots of pharma industry qualifications with emphasis on marketing....
So, what does "HyGro Partners, Inc" do: ...well...not really sure....but...ouch..."Not in good standing"...
...wait...isn't there a SeekingAlpha handle similar to that name ? https://seekingalpha.com/user/6027401/comments ...sure enough... that user looks to not be very friendly about Leronlimab and CytoDyn. Shame on them for being such a Debbie Downer.
Circle around now....We have a "Gleason, Mark" from "HyGro Partners, Inc" requesting information from the SEC concerning "Cytodyn, Inc", that may be posting under the username "HyGro" on SA, that has a business that isn't in good standing.....something sounds rotten in Denmark if you ask me....even if they do have wonderful chocolates in Denmark.
Because when I look up "Brian Z Barr" I can find only ONE in the database....
...and what does "Barr, Brian Z." do?? Hedge Funds??? And what do hedge funds primarily engage in? ....well according to Investopedia.com:
Who Are Typical Short Sellers? Hedge Funds Hedge funds are one of the most active entities involved in shorting activity. Most hedge funds try to hedge market risk by selling short stocks or sectors that they consider overvalued.
....and lastly....not that it may be directly related...but the question remains the same....did you know that his wife has worked for Soros Foundations / Open Society Foundations for 12+ years?
This is really turning into a Ludlum novel.....stay tuned for the next installment...
