Since it's been established that 3rd parties to CytoDyn are fodder for posting on this board and being subject to scrutiny.

Has anybody wondered about where those SEC FOIA requests come from that keep getting posted here in all their glory?
[SPOILER: I've known this for a while...I just wanted to wait for just the right time to reveal it.]

Well, it seems that the SEC keeps a log of those requests and publishes them on their web site here for the public to access:

https://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/foia-logs.htm

There's one recent log entry that brings some interesting things to light:

https://www.sec.gov/files/data/foia-logs/foia-log-november-2020-b7a-exemption.csv

So, there seems to be someone by the name of "Brian Z. Barr" who is very interested in CytoDyn and the SEC. In fact, there have been entries in SEC's FOIA Logs for several months in succession requesting the same information from the same individual.

Hmmmmm....just who is "Brian Z. Barr" ? Well, I know a lot now....

....more to come.....
