Timing....With all due respect, and I love your postings, but the 8k issue keeps coming up. I have called SEC to verify what I already posted, and tonight I chatted with Harry just for a second opinion..... A non- reporting pink Does NOT have to file any paperwork including 8k. Once they are current, then yes they do and those who are not current by fall of next year will have probs...... but as it stands, ENZC, Charles and Harry do not have to file Any material event....yet, and Harry says thats true too, even though he Chose to file one in the spring.
Now, will Charles file one Monday? I hope so like everybody else but should he chose not to, bet he has a valuable reason to keep it quiet until Current....then the floodgates open.....
Im not at odds with you, just trying to keep it clear for everyone here as I gets questions about it too....
Bottom line, we’re about to see why this is going to be the stock of ‘21.....
