I am getting some questions, so just posting this as fyi, I would think most know but in case you do not keep it for yourself doing DD in the future as needed.

1. Going Pink Current on OTC Markets . Here is what any company needs , plain and simple from OTC Guidelines. Also click on the OTC top headers to go through the various things you can check .

2. SEC/EDGAR you can search for any company filing on the SEC side through this website with their Name and/or CIK number (Central Index Number).

It will be there FIRST, before OTC Markets and OTC Markets gets their SEC Filings on any symbol direct from them.

3. Keep in Mind in the OTC , there can be stocks that are doing Disclosures on OTC Markets, but they are not doing SEC Reporting for what ever Reason . Just remember , SEC FILINGS are true FILINGS.
OTC Disclosures , in some cases , may be questioned , if not accompanied by SEC Filings. Always someone's call , but if you see
just OTC Disclosures and no Current or at least pretty close an SEC Filing on these , then look a little further. If they are moving along on their disclosures, more often than not the critical SEC FILING is next to come. Note how OTC Disclosure page has OTC on top and SEC FILINGS on the bottom .

Note anymore take care of any SEC Deliquent Stock and for sure any CE symbol stocks. There have been many suspended this past year in the OTC and when they get suspended.. rarely come back , so $$$ lost. Your call. The SEC has their new guidelines coming out in 2021, so have been whacking some known symbols that were like the above. you can google.

4. An 8-K is a material event that happens and there are quite a few, so it may be one event, it may be more than one. But here it is to know and how it defined.

5. SEC Filings , there are many that come out 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, and on and on ... Read or search what they are through SEC site or just google they all have a reason for doing what they do.

6. When a SEC Filing (read it!) comes out or any disclosure and it is Lengthy , just hit CONTROL-F on your key board and a box will pop up , in the top. if you are wondering about common shares, Reverse Split, Raise (like in raising their A/S , etc... or any phrase just put it in there . It will find it immediately in the Document and highlight it for you or show a color bar on the right of the document where it is at. Very helpful as some of these are very , very lengthy.

In any case just do your DD that fits your style well beyond IHUB , Twitter, Stock Wits, Chat Rooms (some are good) and make sure you understand what is going on .

A little tip, part of my DD is to take the CEO's name , cut and Paste to Google , put a space , then IHUB. You would be amazed at how many CEO scumbags there are out there . It will immediately pull up postings from IHUB that goes back years and you can see them jumping around from Symbol to symbol, renaming them and it is just buyer beware is all.
