Brezlin: Did you ask if they plan on filing the rest? Not sure if Harry can even tell you but no harm in asking, or is it still quiet time? I'm not sure how it goes at this juncture. I would assume they will seeing all they've filed so far. My fear is if they hold off too long, the Shorties will beat this back down quite a ways. Am I wrong?

Wish you could share more of what Harry told you tonite as to why you said ENCZ will be Stock of 2021 (your stance sounds stronger than even before), but guess everything's under wraps til all their Filings come out & they're current, as they're in Non-Disclosure period now?~ Thanks so much again~

Charles Cotropia has already had BIOCLONETICS registered with the SEC, for over Three and Half Years, with it's own filings and CIK Number.

Charles Cotropia has been filing SEC Company updates for that entire time for BIOCLONETICS. Now he is CEO for Enzoylytics Inc, and knows full well as a 40 plus year attorney what to he had to with the SEC.

As I said in my earlier message, some OTC stocks DO NOT FILE SEC Filings for their own reasons. That will not apply to ENZC, why one would ask?

6. Charles C and the entire new Enzolytics Team are looking for Big Board Pharma companies to use those Patent License Agreements ( I believe they already have requests) . The Big Board Folks deal with folks that are SEC CURRENT, it all has to be LEGAL.
* That is how new / BIG $ Money will come .
* That makes it marketable to the Big Pharma Folks
* That is what a 40 + year attorney dealing in Patents, Trademarks and Intellectual Property would do and has done hundreds of times.
* Enzolytics became real when Charles C and their team came over.

My money (now in and will hit hard again when done) is on going SEC CURRENT .. the only way to go .

One more thing, there are large groups that are discussing this right now and many will not move until they see that SEC Filing . When they do , they will hit it hard (or harder) .

When the first Institution Investors see it SEC Compliant and Filing Current SEC forms, they will come on board not before.
