Agreed this is basically a reverse merger and a new Bioclonetics, and no doubt that we have Charles IN CHARGE for sure.

Great news today with the new member of the team. We know that this is going to take off any time now.

If they take the ITV-1 product to market as a supplement now, I think it would be a good revenue stream to take Clone 3 forward rapidly.

We just need to keep an eye on Harry and these side deals. I know you agree with that.

Peace unto you my ENZC bro!

Ok, so not to beat a dead horse on this issue... but I was reading the patents listed in the Two Patent License Agreement section of the recent Supplemental Report from December 2, and both patents listed for Virogentics (7479538 & 8066982) appear to be very similar, one being a continuation of the other.

The abstract for both are identical and the claims for 8066982 appear to be a continuation of 7479538.

This brings me to the Cannaworx connection.

On their website CannaWorx lists patent 8309072 for their product ImmunaZin. Harry is also the inventor of this patent with the current assignee of The Zhabilov Trust.

The abstract for this patent (8309072) includes anti-cancer verbiage along with amino acid sequences followed by the same exact text from the previous two patents. The claims are also a continuation of the previous patents with the newly included anti-cancer text.

The section titled Cross-Reference To Related Applications claims that this patent (8309072) is essentially a continuation of the two patents listed for Virogentics (7479539 & 8066982).

Circling back to the Patent License Agreement from December 2nd, the final statement

including all patents issuing therefrom and any foreign counterparts thereof.

leads me to believe that patent 8309072 (Cannaworx / Immunazin) is covered under the agreement. As well as all other patents listed in the trail of patent documents which include the following:

From 8309072 (Cannaworx / Immunazin):
AU 678202 B
WO WO/2007/041285

From 7479538:
AU 678202 B (listed on both in the Foreign Patent Documents section)
JP 07316191

The AU is an Australia patent, the JP is Japan and the WO is World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)

Interestingly the WIPO patent applicant listed on their website is Viral Genetics, Inc.

I was originally reading through these patents to provide my girlfriends care team with the information they would need to give us a green light for her to take Immunazin as an immune system booster while she is undergoing chemo and radiation. But I somehow landed back on these posts from last year when I was reading through the FDA documents and then the Patents.

Please let me know your thoughts regarding the connections. I may in fact just be tired and reading too much into things. But in any case, reading the patents and FDA docs was a fun journey.
