I just thought it would be good to remind all of us that have been here a while , and to tell those that are new that we already have a product being sold in Europe.

The patent cited on that page is owned by Harry H. Zhabilov, former CEO and now current CSO of Enzolytics.

What does this mean? Supplements are not regulated like drugs. You just have to tell the FDA what's in it.

They are meeting with US manufacturers this month. It is being marketed as a supplement instead of a drug. The FDA has been aware of their plans for over a year.

1. Your research is very impressive on the Patents.

2. You are correct, Harry Z has "many" patents over the years and can be seen by anyone by googling his name and patents or just by searching the US Patent office.

3. However each Patent (for anyone that has filed) has it's own "identity" and purpose , is very specific in detail and may be also listed for specific needs , applications , or use . Hence the assigning of different patent numbers by the USPTO

Summary ,
if anyone knows about Patents, Intellectual Property , Trademarks it is Charles Crotopia who for the past 40 years plus of his Legal Career has specialized in that. As I have posted here also, his Son , Christopher Crotopia is one of the leading Patent Attorneys, Author of Books, Teacher at a University of Law and Partner in Attorney Firm . The Crotopia's are specialist in this field.
Add the Medical experience of Dr Joseph Crotopia , Dr Gaurav Chandra and Dr Ronald Moss and you have experts in the Medical field.
The ENZC team saw something in the other Patent , so filed the Provisional "Patent Pending" for another application as we know.

So bottom line , at this point if they have not included any other of Harry Z patents in the past , they know what they have and are protecting those. One should concentrate on those only and for one there are not many here on this board if at all, that can comment to the what the medical application can, is , results, but for sure the ENZC folks can and have done so on all sides in the past.

Charles and their Team, knowing the baggage in reality that Harry Z had with toxic debt and so forth , also saw the VALUE of the patents at hand and what they "really were valued at", otherwise they would have never moved forward and worked that hard to get where they are today. They have been there, educated, specialize in their field and have the connections that perhaps Harry Z could not obtain over the years.

In any case , one should stick to what they have seen as VALUE and just to that as Charles will let on who they are networked with shortly.
His next steps of selecting the PCAOB firm , just tells me they want the accountability , integrity stamp , that any big Pharma firm would require of a company there were about to do work with .
All Methodical Steps , Protecting Value, Minimizing Risk , Legally putting up a "protection of Value" at hand , going on with Charles now.
We should be very grateful he is the one making the next steps here.
