Yesterday I went to a little mom and pop place for some froyo. Best I ever had. Way better than VEND's. They had 12 different flavors and about 20 toppings. All self serve. How many flavors and toppings does yours have at any one time? You don't need to respond, I already know.

So, what is the plan when fall and winter comes and sales fall way off? Are you going to hire someone to do a song and dance next to the machines? The lack of sales is going to be brutal since this COVID thing isn't going away any time soon. Now would probably be a great time to unload all of your machines. Heck, you might even be able to get a whooping $5,000 for all of them. That's total, not each. But, something is better than nothing. Went by the mom and pop froyo place this weekend. The line was out the door. Literally. Guess that's what happens when you have a superior product and a wide range of selections. I didn't get any because the line was just too long.

On a different note, was flipping the channels yesterday and stopped on the golf. Guess who was tied for 3rd? You got it, PM himself. I saw KPMG, but didn't see any VEND sponsor placements. Wonder why? That deal not going through was the best thing that ever happened to VEND. Seriously, who gives away $900K like that?

Hey, have you heard anything lately about the uplisting to NASDAQ? That was something VEND was very hopeful about. Wouldn't that be exciting? Of course, there'd have to be a RS of around 1,000:1. That would give you at least 50 shares. VEND sure is going places.

What's the haps with the Walmart deal? That should be a biggie. Maybe pizza man can bring that back from the dead. Do you know how many companies have tried to do things with Walmart and failed? Rented something from Redbox this weekend and couldn't help but think about how well built it was. I've never seen one that was out of order. And that got me to thinking about VEND due to the Flex connection. So, if Redbox machines are so great, why were VEND's such a disaster? Same manufacturer and in some ways the Redbox automation is more complex. Could it be that VEND had no idea what it was doing and was simply a Ponzi scheme? A lot of people got taken, that is for sure.

It's going to be another scorcher today in So. Cal. Wouldn't it be great to have some tasty froyo to cool you down? I bet that mom and pop place I go to is going to be crazy busy. There's maybe even a lot of people that would like to get some without any human interaction. Say, from a vending machine. You should look into taking over that market. A pizza box right next to each machine would be a huge hit too.

You know, to this day, when I think about NY and the boys talking about disrupting the brick and mortar froyo business, it cracks me up. If you asked Yogurtland today if there was any disruption due to VEND, what do you think they would say? Probably something along the lines of "who? Never heard of them."

Whew!!! A total of $63 traded today. $63 whole dollars. That's huge. Hopefully the stock can break $0.01 again soon. Then $75 might trade. There's never been a better opportunity to average down than right now. So, you should buy as many shares as you can. This is where the real money is. Not selling froyo from some COVID ridden machine with stale toppings.

You know, I thought of a great idea for this board. It's called "On This Day in VEND History." On significant dates, someone could tell us what happened on that particular date. Like, "on this day in 2018, the company filed form NT 10-Q stating that that form 10-Q will filed late (again)" Then include some commentary. I figured who better than you to do this since you know everything about the company. And I mean everything. We'd be honored to have do this. You could even throw in some quotes from other franchisees and investors since you know them all.

Based on your alleged sales, you will probably have to pull the machines for maintenance. That should be easy because if things are still locked down, there won't be anyone out. You should definitely get at least 10 of those pizza boxes to go along with the froyo machines. Make that 20 pizza boxes. One on the left AND right of each machine.

In case you were wondering, the laughter from the naysayers hasn't gone down. In fact, it's gone up. A lot. Don't worry, I'll let you know when it's safe to come back.

I was wondering what the thinking process was for someone considering investing in VEND or becoming a franchisee. Do you think to yourself "seems like a decent company financially from a high level perspective. Product (machine) looks good. Management is strong. Well, except for NY's previous calling card fraud. What could go wrong with this? Can't think of anything...Where do I sign?"

Then later you find out the plans for the machine sucked. Bad. They're using deposits on machines for operating expenses. NY and the sales guys are getting commissions on stock sales. (Even a complete novice investor like you knows that is a no no). And to top it off, VEND purchases NY's brother's totally upside down company that is totally worthless.

Nobody saw any of that coming.

Hey, I thought of another good use for your shares of stock. You can fold them up and prop up one side or the other of your machines. You know how one side is always higher than the other and it wobbles.

One thing I have been wondering about is, how much are your storage fees for the machines that broke down and you can't get rid of? Those costs have got to be piling up. Maybe you can get PB to come by and pick them up.

When I saw there were only 200 shares traded today, I unexpectedly laughed so hard that water come out of my nose. Since the price per share never got above $0.01, that means they had to round UP to get to $2 traded for the day. Too funny. I mean, why even bother trading 200 shares?

Pure winner all around. Wouldn't you say?

Whenever I see it go over $0.01, I wonder if it is NY trying to breathe life back into the stock somehow since he lost so much. But there's really nothing left there. It's completely dead. Wonder if he likes living in a van down by the beach? He may like it, but I'm sure his wife doesn't.

Next time you are at the country club he used to belong to and is now a caddie, tell him to fetch your No. 3 wood and get out of the way. And whatever you do, don't listen to his read of the greens. It's not everyday PM plays with a guy and gives him 10 strokes a side and still beats him.

Here it is, the day before Thanksgiving. You must have so much to be thankful for. Like, still having a machine that still works (unlikely, but possible), all those shares of VEND stock keeping the kitchen table from wobbling, and having an almost unlimited supply of froyo for your family gatherings. Whoever is propping the stock price up is doing a great job. My guess is it's someone you know and love with the initials NY. He has to try to get some of his money back, any way he can.
