I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I've never seen a bluebird. Not here or anywhere else. I don't really watch birds, but there seems to be a fairly limited variety. Tons of sparrows, naturally. And others whose calls I hear, but don't really see. The only colorful ones are the cardinals.
You must be out by the Elmont area. That is country club community. Lot of trees. Nice for you, I missed the Belmont for the triple crown for Justify, I had tickets to attend. My doc did not clear me to travel. And I did adhere.
