as much as it provokes NRs' (non retail) angst ..
there are 1000s of actual P2O investors
who have long since *outlasted* NRs' efforts
as evidenced by PTOI's *reduced* YTD *volume*
of 36M~ (2013/2014) to 13M~ (2017/2018)

if or when P2O executes (and that execution can
come in a few guises) it will be interesting to see NRs' *focus*

June 2019 saw the lowest *volume* by month in 2019 for PTOI @ 491,063

there is a bid (there have been several since April) of size .. they do not get filled
the ask however is almost always blocked .. abusively so .. why would that be

so yesterday's 800 @ *bid* (025) did not *adjust* (bypassed bid)
and of course it was CDEL on the *ask* (UC) with the 100,000

in the round robin efforts by NR (non retail) .. interesting to note
2 aspects @ mkt open today re: PTOI

first is a bid feed that adjusted off of CDEL's 150000 size @ 025
this *trade* was 771 (yesterday's 800) for a difference of 29
i tend to see % based signals when NR is UPSIDE DOWN ..
so it may well be that 29 (2+9 = 11 or 2x9 = 18) is telegraphing
an intent for *volume* (110k to 180k) .. or not .. we shall see

the second aspect is ETRF is now *showing* the 100000 on *ask* @ 028c .. ;)

nothing marked ..

interesting to see yesterday's single trade @ mkt open .. both adjust off of
CDEL's 150000 bid .. and then having that bid be jumped in correlation
with an UC ask .. on Monday it was CDEL with the 100000 @ 028 @ ask ..
yesterday it was ETRF with the 100000 @ 028 @ ask ... ETRF would then UC the ask to 0276
(20000 size)

just because NR CANT do *volume* on PTOI .. doesn't mean they don't want it .. NR assiduously
worked PTOI's *avgs* UP via the *effort* of 1.29.19 .. and *maintained* that effort thru EO May 2019
as i've noted .. i'm curious to see how the balance of July's *volume* on PTOI .. goes
