as much as it provokes NRs' (non retail) angst ..
there are 1000s of actual P2O investors
who have long since *outlasted* NRs' efforts
as evidenced by PTOI's *reduced* YTD *volume*
of 36M~ (2013/2014) to 13M~ (2017/2018)

if or when P2O executes (and that execution can
come in a few guises) it will be interesting to see NRs' *focus*

June 2019 saw the lowest *volume* by month in 2019 for PTOI @ 491,063

there is a bid (there have been several since April) of size .. they do not get filled
the ask however is almost always blocked .. abusively so .. why would that be
