Yah 16s and 17s did go pretty smooth considering didn't they since that is the PR you are quoting? And then the GROWTH of 2018 with acquisition of Morning etc and new locations OPENED equals MORE WORK! Easy to see. Any day...light switch ON imo! The audit honest to god looks as though it's never coming. The amount of "soons" we've gotten and then months go by with absolutley no discernable progress being made is just nuts. Beyond concerning.
