Are you really going to argue the audit is smooth and the current numbers are ridiculously late? The guy is untrustworthy considering his track record of deception. The risk of being hosed and blindsided with a long term hold is too great to take the chance. Should it ever see any upside again, it could provide a trade opportunity or should he ever deliver some current fins I could read that show in actual audited numbers what these new cafes margins are, then maybe.
