I hope the S.E.C won't institute a "STOP" because some disgruntled Investors will keep pestering them until some action is taken?
Some investors file complaints with the S.E.C. because
1. they have a valid reason to complain, such as the lack of transparency caused by no 10-Ks or 10-Qs for almost two years,
2. the laws and regulations that the S.E.C. enforces allows any investor with a valid complaint to file their complaint with them,
3. some complaints that investors file with the S.E.C. result in enforcement actions,
4. some enforcement actions are publicized so that investors (like me) can and will find out about them, and
5. because I know that the S.E.C. will someday take action on my valid complaint (the lack of transparency in the Greenshift Corporation), I made the free choice last spring to initiate their process by filing my own complaint.
