I hope the S.E.C won't institute a "STOP" because some disgruntled Investors will keep pestering them until some action is taken?

I am confident that the S.E.C. would never do such a thing for obvious reasons, as such a "Stop" might prove catastrophic to a Company that is in the midst of very troubling times and needs help more than further attempts to damage their credibility, which is being held-up by the way by the SEC, rather than being destroyed by some who have personal reasons behind their condemnation! I think the thinking people on the board know this constant "Knife-throwing" is an attempt more to satisfy the negative mindset of some individuals, than to find the truth, which has been explained in past Phone conversations, and Co' posts.... also the inactions of the SEC as well?

I think that even HW wants the Co' to prevail, and that constant efforts to damage the Credibility of Gers will hurt all of us, even him? Then, even though Gers might have made a few mistakes in judgment along the way, they should never be thought of as evil by the thinking person! It is the Alleged Infringers who should be questioned, but not a word about them? Why this deep hatred of GERS?

There has been so much evidence as to the Decency of KK and the others, which is never considered by the transfixed naysayers, those "EVIL-LIKE" suppositions being thrown about, that they must be neutralized by those who realize that whatever Gers did was initiated by the troubling and difficult experiences they have endured, and not through any wrong-doing or EVIL intent to do wrong by Gers Owners and managers, who know full well how devastating a truly wrongful act would be to their success!

Thank God for the SEC who is aware of Gers problems, and has given no indication of any RED FLAGS or frivolous penalties!! We cannot sit back and keep still when the truth is trying to be submerged by NEGATIVE suppositions and theories!

I really believe that Gers deserves the support I will always give them, or I would have said something if I saw something suspiciously amiss!!

I know some trickery sometimes takes place in the early stages of Research and Development by some OTHER company Officials, but in Gers case, that is truly ridiculous especially when they have progressed so far with Patents and Quarterly Customers! It would be absolutely insane to cross the Moral line at any point over the past 5-7 years or so?..... GLTA GERS Supporters....
