There a re two pieces of information on that page.

The headline is a factual standalone statement. We, the Greenshift Corporation, are not providing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, or 8-Ks to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as required by Federal Law.

The second piece of information is completely different. It's a warning to not engage in insider trading, if you do have access to material information about a company that is not public knowledge.
