gers. You are always instigating arguments!! The SEC is more aware of gers's situation than you are, so they don't have to be reminded time and time again!
1) One thing you always miss is that you might have a valid point yes, but it shouldn't be redundant given the circumstances!
2) Gers UNDOUBTEDLY has a valid case for their inability to File "Regular" filings on time too! If you don't understand that, try contacting the S.E.C. for reasons why Gers is delinquent.. or whether they looked into your matter in the first place!
I understand Dutch placed a complaint earlier, so that should tell you something?
