CU this doesn't mean that all cash flow was removed from CTGLF because China Merchants sold the company. It means that some other large firm bought Dichain and CTFLF (and by the sounds of that article for quite a substantial amount)

It just means there is a new leader in town.
So this company can still be a functioning and operating company. I think it is too late now to sell for what you will get for $.03/share. Now you need to wait and see what is actually happening over there and what the new owners do with China Tech Global.
Only time will tell & unfortunately it may be a lot of time before we know anything let alone the whole story.
