Here is the link where I discovered China Merchants Group had pulled its funding of Dichain Holdings

Since CTGLF no longer has any financial backing unless they acquire working capital from a takeover or from a merger chances are most likely the company is out of business. I believe though that CTGLF will eventually sell Dichain software to another China Logistics player if it has the opportunity.
