China Merchants did not fund

I do not recall any funding from China Merchants to CTGLF or Dichain holdings. It was a PR stunt to tie the two together and CTDC copied that idea and it has served them very well as they make no profit have tiny sales and super price. The former CFO of CTGLF moved with them a while and set that up.

Maybe a year or more ago China Merchants dropped showing Dichain Holdings on the site and never showed Dichain Asia which was a clue since Dichain Asia has bonded warehouse space yet China Merchants formed a competing company. Dicahain Asia could not even make money on renting warehouse space which to me is crazy as it is so needed there and require no cost like machines and so forth.

But Frank Fan is with DC Capital (Dichain again)and their business is to set up M&A so for sure he will be trying. He has millions of shares so will not let it just away.

Dichain Holdings was supported by China Merchants Holding Limited an investment firm with ties to China Merchants Group. China Merchants Holding Limited created Dichain Holdings and China Merchants Dichain Asia. If China Merchants Holding Limited sold Dichain Holdings they are liable to report the sale. They did no such thing. On the otherhand China Merchants Holding Limited did report the sale of China Merchants Dichain Asia to Pearl Oriental. Therefore Dichain Holdings is currently without funding as it is only an investment shell of the larger China Merchants Holding Limited.
