Here's the edgar page for AGGX, which filed a form 10 last year. It shows the process, and includes SEC comment letters (uploads), company replies (correspondence) and amended filings

LDSR ended up hitting the 60 day limit to become SEC registered with no comments from SEC. I sort of figured SEC would be too busy with US Gov. shutdown backlog. I just find it so hard to believe the SEC has zero questions.

Thanks for the info about what is the otc verified profile.... and for reminding me there is a glossary!
