RSHN isn't the only one of the new Goulding shells with a tax fraud/corporate identity theft issue.

I contacted the Delaware SOS and found out that Gold River Productions Services Inc (GRPS) hasn't filed anything with the Delaware SOS since 2011. It is a revoked Delaware entity that owes a boat load of back taxes to the state of Delaware.

Then on July 25, 2018, Randall Goulding made a new Gold River Productions Services Inc in Colorado instead of paying all those back taxes owed to Delaware (which is A LOT). He immediately changed the name from Gold River Productions Service Inc to XYZ Hemp Inc.

Just like RSHN we have another example of Tax Fraud and on some level Corporate Identity theft. Since no filings were done at the Delaware SOS to properly move the entity to Colorado the public ticker GRPS still technically belongs to the revoked Delaware entity.

After I posted that, somebody took that information to the GRPS and kicked off some action there.


Again they skipped some important steps with GRPS like

#1) getting the GRSP Delaware entity back to active by paying the back taxes

#2) filing the proper forms at the Delaware SOS to re-domicile the shell to Colorado.


As I said before, they could run into problems with FINRA if they attempt to have FINRA approve a name change for the GRPS shell. Same with RSHN that has similar issues with its move from Nevada to Colorado.
